New apartment in Roquetas de Mar just 400m from the beach Pool large terrace quality furnishings LCD TV near to shops cafes This lovely newly built apartment is available in the Buena Vista area of the popular yet relaxed resort of Roquetas de Mar It is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard There is one double bedroom a very nice tiled marble bathroom and an open plan living room with kitchenette and dining area The balcony is larger than average south facing and looks over the pool through a glazed barrier to maximise the sun The apartment is equipped with a 26 LCD TV CD radio and DVD player and a good quality leather sofa bed There is a communal pool and separate childrens pool both open MaySeptember and tidy communal gardens The apartment is suitable for both disabled people and children since it benefits from an elevator Baby equipment is available on request The beach is just 400m away a short walk and extends from the marina area where there are the ruins of the medieval Castilla de Santa Ana to Playa Serena and beyond to the nature reserve at Las Marinas Golfers are very well catered for with a top 18hole course at Playa Serena just 2km away and the 120hectare course at Envia golf a short drive away Buena Vista is a central area with numerous shops cafes and bars to chose from and the apartment is centrally located in terms of the beach urbanisation and marina NOTE the single beds are special ones that can be pushed together to make a very comfortable double bed if necessary Airport transfers can be arranged
