Property Description

Two one bedroom apartments one above the other in a small block of six apartments which overlooks a spectacular view of a nature reserve and the sea. The ground apartment has a small garden and the apartment directly above it has a balcony. There is also a sun terrace on the roof for sunbathing.

Each apartment consists of one twin-bedded bedroom with bathroom ensuite, a lounge/living room with a television (basic SKY in English programmes), DVD player, video recorder and radio.

There is also a small kitchenette separated from the living room by a breakfast bar. The kitchen consists of a fridge with small freezer container, microwave, three gas rings, sink and drainer unit plus cupboards containing plates, cutlery, glasses and pots and pans etc. The utility rooms just outside the apartments contain cleaning materials and ironing boards. Both apartments have irons and hairdryers. Bedding, sheets and towels are provided. Gas, water and electricity are included in the very reasonable rent.

In addition, there is a travelling cot and baby chair which attaches to a table, in the garden apartment, for families with babies and/or toddlers. The baby chair is portable and can be taken and used in restaurants if required.

There are six restaurants in the village, each very different in style and character and within 4 - 5 minutes walking distance from the apartments. Visit the Villa Nueva for very good food and friendly service. The owner, Jose, speaks excellent English.

La Tasca, opposite Carpios the village pizzeria, is also a very good restaurant for steak and is very reasonably priced.

Local Area Information

Very near to Puerto de la Cruz which has many attractions for both young and old including the famous Loro Park. It is only 1 hour from the South and is marvellous for outdoor activities such a climbing, swimming, golf, tennis. See website http://www.tenerife-accommodation.co.uk for more details.
