About Weather/Climate/TemperatureThe fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and more than 300 days of sunshine ensure a perfect time. The mild coastal climate throughout the year is one of the reasons why this area is so popular especially with North Europeans. Between June and November is nearly no rain - Every day you get sun. About BarsHere are many Bars where you get free Tappas. Tappas are small things to eat if you order a beer or wine. Sometime you get a some olives, nuts, pie of potatos, chips, sandwiches and sometimes a complete hamburger. So if you feel hungry you should have a beer in a bar. About BeachesAlong the coast there are many beaches where you can enjoy your sunbath-vacation. Long big beaches and small sections alternate between Calahonda and Nerja. Many of them are sand beaches, some are gravel beaches. The long beaches (like in Salobrena) are usually full during high season, small bays offer more peace because they are more difficult to reach. In the morning -maybe before the breakfast- you can have a walk at the beach of Salobrena. Only few people on the beach, the cold sand, the calm water and the morning scent of the cool air let the day begin really restful. At noon, you can either plunge into the crowd at the beach, where you had your walk in the morning, or you take a look for a small bay on the way to Nerja to take a sunbath. In the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail in one of the Chiringuitos (beachbars) during the amazing sunset. Who prefers a pool instead of the sea can use the pool area of our community for free. There is a pool for children and also a big pool. At a small kiosk you can buy (during the summer monthes) an ice or refreshment beverage.
