Le Pietre is rural stone building comfortable and informal ideal to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Italian countryside The land is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and its located only a few minutes drive from Bolsena lake The small towns of Marta Montefiascone and Capodimonte are all within 15 minutes drive The coast is reachable in less then 1 hour drive Le Pietre offers a one double bed apartment on the top floor of the farm house with its own independent external entrance and easy access to the swimming pool and garden It has at its disposal all commodities such as shower linen and towels hairdryer TV fridge cooking unit BBQ swimming pool and small terrace with a stunning panoramic view Italian coffee and teas are complementary Le Pietre also enjoys its own natural volcanic water source directly fed from our well For an extra 5 per person a generous continental breakfast is served every morning either by the pool or anywhere within our grounds It includes bread cereals butter jams biscuits cakes fruit juices fruit shakes fruit coffee milk and teas Please note airconditioning and toiletries are not available Domestic cleaning is only available weekly for long staying guests
