The lounge area has tastefully decorated with wood and cane furniture and it also has a fireplace. There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and movies/books collection.
There is also a WC which has a wash-hand basin and toilet.
A wooden staircase leads you to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a bath with Jacuzzi and shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and safe deposit box.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
All the properties are fully air conditioned.

Emerald Classic Villas consist of 8 villas, each one placed in an area of 1000 sq.m. Emerald Classic Large villas are 105 sq.m. each and Emerald Classic Small villas are 80 sq.m. each. They all have their private fenced land, private shaded parking area, private full tiled pool (4x7, 1.50 deep), sun loungers and umbrellas, covered terrace with table and chairs for 4 or 6 people and an outdoor shower. Emerald Classic Large villas have an outdoor BBQ.
All villas have magnificent views to the Ionian Sea, Kefalonia island and Agios Nikolas Port.
