Our home and B&B facility was chosen to cater to the most discerning of B&B visitors. Each guest room offers Queen size comfort bed, private or ensuite bath (3 or 4 piece), curtains and blinds, ceiling or 15 inch oscillating fans, spacious closets with unique door activated lights, remote colour TV, alarm clock, radio, night table lamps, minimum of 2 chairs including rocking or glider rocker chairs, screened windows that open and a quiet stillness in the air.
Each is decorated and appointed to offer you the visitor a truly unique experience in our world famous fishing village, the home of Connor's Brothers,
Brunswick Brand seafood products.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not on Grand Manan Island. There was no other choice in the menu anywhere near to us. We are in the village that everyone has to pass through to get to the ferry to Grand Manan. We can help you plan your vacation on the island or on the mainland. Just let us know. Thanks!

We have no airplanes, trains, traffic lights, loud bars or crowds to spoil your getaway. Just a Wildflower Nature Walk (onsite) over 2 acres of lawns and natural gardens and short walks to high quality seafood and the seashore and lighthouses. We have 4 Churches in the village as well for those who may wish to linger over the week-end.

We provide ferry schedules, maps, brochures, local tide timings, and best of all a full Maritime breakfast which may include blueberry wholewheat pancakes, sausage, bacon, ham, fruit, baked beans, wholegrain homemade bread & toast, local farmfresh free-range eggs, homemade jams and jellies,
fresh perculated coffee and tea, and a variety of popular cereals to suit every
taste. We look forward to your visit and hosting you.

Blacks Harbour, is our home and home to the
~ "Largest Sardine Industry in the World" ~

Come to Blacks Harbour this summer and experience one of nature's most intriguing marine spectacles.

Large schools of sardines migrate to the Bay of Fundy, home of the Right Whale, a species numbering around 350 left worldwide. There is a large variety of other whales, including the smaller Minke Whale for your whole family to enjoy.

The "annual sardine run" where thousands of predators including whales, seals and dolphins and a myriad of birds including gulls, cormorants, terns, and others may be seen herding schools of sardines to the surface for a feeding frenzy.

As nature follows it's course we cannot guarantee the sighting of the sardines for this entire period, but you are sure to see many other marine and airborne species for a truly unforgettable experience.
