Excellent location only 20 mins from Paphos Airport and 10-12 mins stroll to the harbour, seafront, restaurants, shops and local amenities. Fully furnished to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a lift, allocated parking, a communal pool with sunbeds, parasols, changing rooms and toilets. Close by there are 2 mini markets which cater for all your essentials.Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning/heating, full length mirror, balcony with table and chairs. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes,dressing table and chair, air-conditioning/heating. Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 2, fully tiled with bath/power shower,wc, sink with mirror, shelf and light. Bathroom fully tiled with walk in power shower with screen, wc, sink with mirror,shelf and light. Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, slow cooker microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, clothes drier and water cooler. Living Rooms: Open plan living room/dining room kitchen. 4 seater bed settee and a 2 seater sofa, leather foot stool, 3 lamp tables, wall mounted 32" TV, DVD player, cabinet, dining table and 6 chairs, balcony with table and chairs, air-conditioning/heating. Other: There is an allocated parking space for the apartment and a lift. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Apartment cleaned before arrival. Linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. For 2 week stays additional linen will be available for you to change. If you would like a mid-stay clean this can be arranged for an extra charge. Notes on accommodation This apartment is strictly no smoking, smoking is allowed on the balcony and pool area. Pool has easy access roman steps to one end which is shallow so suitable for children. Amenities/Facilities provided hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, tv, air conditioning, shared pool Outside 2 balconies, shared pool has sunbeds, parasols, changing rooms and toilets. Coast/Beach 10-12 min walk to seafront. Coral Bay is approx 15 mins drive away or you can use the reliable bus service (bus stops nearby). Golf 3 golf courses, Tsada golf, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills approx 25 mins away. Skiing Mount Olympus (wonderful Troodos Mountains) offers seasonal skiing. Travel Paphos Airport is approx 20 mins drive. Car hire is not essential as the apartment is ideally situated and the area is packed with historical sites. However having a car would give you the opportunity to see as much as possible, car hire, buses and taxis are all ready available. Distances 10-12 mins walk to the harbour area where you will find boat trips, excursions galore to keep you entertained or why not take advantage of the reliable buses or take a taxi to Coral Bay, the old town and market of Paphos which are only a short distance away. Further details The shops, banks, restaurants, bars, harbour are all within walking distance. The nearest supermarket is a few minutes away.
