Property Description

A beautiful Provence style 4 bed villa in an elevated position with superb views and a swimming pool. The property has a large open plan comfortable living space. The local town of Pezenas is only five minutes drive away and is one of the most beautiful towns in the south of France. It has many fine restaurants, wine bars, cafes and shops. The local Saturday market is very popular and not to be missed.

The villa is spacious light and airy. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, helped by a large wood burner. The main living area has beamed high ceilings and stairs that lead to a mezzanine and a double bedroom en-suite. On the ground floor there are three other bedrooms, two doubles and one single. One double bedroom opens directly onto the poolside terrace which has
wonderful views.There is a good sized family bathroom and a separate toilet. The lounge is spacious, comfortable and opens out onto the pool terrace which also enjoys lovely views. The kitchen is open planned with a breakfast bar and is well equipped ( dishwasher etc )

This pretty villa is set in a beautiful position with a large garden and a stone terrace surrounding the pool The property has good security, ample parking pace and its own drive . Very much a Mediterranean garden with olive and walnut trees and various types of palms some giving shade ideal for al-fresco dining.There are beautiful sunsets and views of the old churches that are illuminated at night and the soft sound of chiming bells in the distance.
