There is a comfortable lounge/diner with English TV and ceiling fans. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with microwave, small utility room with washing machine. It has a small front garden with flowers and shrubs enhancing the terrace with it’s table and chairs, which is both private and shady with added bonus of a Communal swimming pool. Local commercial shops and bars are within walking distance, and the beautiful scenery of Spain with it’s orange and lemon groves are a very short drive away.

This picturesque apartment is in the perfect location for all the family within the Orihuela Costa Resort, 10 minutes South West of Torrivieja. With three golf courses in easy reach it is a golfers paradise only 30 mins drive from Alicante Airport or 20 mins from Murcia Airport. For the rest of the family, tennis, sailing, go-carting, clean safe sandy beaches and great restaurants are all within easy reach.
The market town of Torrevieja is only 10-15 minute drive away and hosts great fairs, open-air markets and fiestas, warm moonlit night walks along Torrevieja seafront is both relaxing and exciting.
