Beautiful, luxurious holidayhouse for 2 persons (and 1 baby) with a private swimming pool (9x4m) in Le Val. Your own sunterrace with deckchairs and parasols near the pool. Terrace with BBQ and eating area near the holiday house.

A living / kitchen with French doors and TV and radio (Astra satellite).

Fully equipped kitchen where you can cook on a ceramic plate, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, etc. Bathroom with big showercabine, wash basin, washing machine and toilet.

1 Bedroom with two single beds (and a cot for a baby up to 12 months on request), closet and a safe for your valuables.
Your terrace has a view over the surrounding vineyards.

Free use of internet, 24h/7d. Also wireless use of your own notebook possible.

There is a garden with view on the vineyards. 1½km from the village and 5km north from the city of Brignoles. From your terrace you have the same view.

On the driveway there is a place reserved for your car.

Le Val is situated in a valley, surrounded by hills and has a height of 230m. During the day the temperature is very nice so you can sunbade and swim but at night you can also use the pool for romantic swimming in the lighted pool.

The holidayhouse doesn’t belong to a holidaypark of any kind. Our neighbours are Frenchmen who live there permanently but because of the distance they won’t bother you and you won’t bother them.
We, the owners (2 persons), live here also. We live in the house on the same property but you will hardly see us. Once and awhile we use the swimmingpool also.

The surrounding is very quiet, beautiful for walks en biking.
Brignoles is a big city that is nearby (5 km). The golf course there is famous in France.

In the immediate surrounding you will find restaurants, bars, a dentist and a doctor and many sportive activities.

Every Saturday there is a large and lively Provencal market in Brignoles.
Beach ± 40 min. Cannes and St. Tropez ± 60 min.

The location is situated about 45 km from the Mediterranean en has a warm climate with little rain. In April / May you can already sunbade near the pool en are temperatures of 25 degrees not an exception. Especially because of the advantageous site in the valley feels even 20 degrees very agreeable.

In the green valley of the river the Argens is the century old town with approximately 3900 inhabitants.

You can find a lot of shops there and also a few fine restaurants.
There is a Cave that’s sells superb wines at low prices.
There is a doctor and a dentist in the village if you need one.
The beach is 45 minutes away and that road is always trafficjamfree.
Cannes and St Tropez are reachable within 60 minutes.
