Boat trips, fishing, sailing/windsurfing courses either on the harbour or close by. Good range of shops, waterside restaurants, multiplex cinema, 24 hr supermarket only 5 mins walk. Only 2 mins walk to beach, bus stop just outside with hourly service to Eastbourne town centre where there is large leisure centre with swimming pool & gym, a good range of shops, cafes, more restaurants, theatres, the Pier and childrens' adventure park. Plenty of tourist information at the flat.

The living/dining room which has WIFI, Satellite TV, DVD player, Radio/CD, selection of books, board games & DVD's, 2 leather sofas, dinning table to seat 4, is open plan with French doors to a spacious balcony. The modern fully equipped kitchen comes complete with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven and hob.

Master bedroom with en-suite has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom also has twin beds with free standing wardrobe. There is a spacious family bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Communal stairs with security door entry, passenger lifts lead directly from the covered private secured parking. Sorry no smokers or pets. Baby travel cot and high chair available free of charge.

The flat is available all year round for holiday and longer lets. Discounts available for bookings of 2 weeks or more if no linen change or cleaning required
