Property Description

Our comfortable self catering cottage is entered by a porch where you can kick off your shoes and relax during your stay far from the madding crowd.

From the porch you enter the light and spacious living/dining room with traditional exposed beams. The comfortable furnishings include an extendable table and four chairs, a double leather sofa bed and a settee as well as a coffee table and sideboard. A TV, DVD player and a video finish the setting

Books

From the living area is the seperate kitchen which is well equipped for 4 people. It has the usual equipment such as microwave, fridge with ice compartment, gas cooker with grill, coffee machine etc. as well as cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc.

The french doors in the kitchen allow you the lovely view of the cottage garden with it' herbaceous borders where you can sit on the patio and relax with a glass of wine or enjoy a meal when the weather allows.

The stairs leads on to the landing which has a velux window and from there it takes you in to the delightful bedroom with a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe and chest of drawers giving you plenty of space for your clothes during your stay.

In the corner of the bedroom is the fully tiled ensuite bathroom which has a shower cubicle with power shower, a toilet and a wash handbasin.

For your convenience the following are provided:

A hairdryer
Handtowels.
Bath Towels are provided for the guests who are travelling from abroad

ALTHOUGH SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY, IT IS OUTSIDE.

Carmarthenshire has lots to offer!
There are a few Golf courses within easy reach of the cottage
Plenty of Castles, Parks & gardens including the National Botanical garden of Wales and Aberglasney Gardens are within an easy drive.
At Pembrey country park there is a train, dry Ski slopes and a lot more as well as near to the beach.
Other beaches nearby are the Mumbles, the Gower and Rhosilli Beach which is ideal for surfing or paraglyding from the cliffs.
The cottage is surrounded by mountains where you can enjoy walking or mountain biking.
