Property Description

The tourist farm Le Cicale, is situated in a valley below the village of Spoltore, nestles amongst the green and harmonious hills in the province of Pescara.
The farm extends for 8 hectares of grain cultivated land. For its guests the farm house is divided into flats or single rooms with a capacity of ten beds.

The mild climate and its closeness to the sea make it an ideal vacational spot throughout the year. It can be used as a base for visiting the major artistic
and cultural centers that Abruzzo has to offer. Guests can engage in plenty of sporting activities or simply spend their time relaxing.

The guests will be accomodated in a farm house which has been divided
into flats or rooms.The house is linked to a cottage, which has two rooms
and is surrounded by cultivated land and ample space for complete relaxation.

The appartments are equipped with linen and crockery. The gas, water
and electrical consumption is already included in the price, (the winter heating is not included ).
