Large window that faces to the front of the villa and patio doors that lead to the pool area. Lounge leads on to comfortable dining area for 6 and additional set of patio doors leading to pool area.
Open-plan style kitchen which is fully fitted with stainless steel appliances; fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, extractor fan and ceramic hob. High quality stainless steel utensils, pots and pans. Well equipped with crockery, cutlery and glasses. L shaped breakfast bar that has two chairs and comprises of the ceramic hob to give good working space when cooking.
The bright and airy Master bedroom is accessible from the living area has king size bed, bedside tables with drawers and night lamps. Extremely spacious built in wardrobe, large 3-drawer dressing table with mirror above. Decorative wall mounted floral prints. En-suite bathroom with walk in shower with tiled surface. Tiled sink area with storage and large mirror. Bidet, toilet and towel rails. Patio doors leading out onto the private terrace and stunning Lagoon style swimming pool.
The swimming pool (heated) and terrace area consists of high quality rattan furniture, which, includes; 6 rattan sun beds with cushions and drink tables, round breakfast table and 4 chairs. Poolside shower situated close to the steps, which, lead to the extensive roof terrace. Here there is a large pergola which houses the dining table and 6 chairs, again complete with comfortable cushions and a BBQ adjacent. Ideal for alfresco dining. All utensils and coals are provided for the bbq as well as acrylic crockery. The roof terrace also houses a sink area and washing machine. 3 sun beds and a drinks table are housed up here for extra rays!
From the pool terrace you enter the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, each privately through patio doors. For this reason, we recommend the villa not suitable for children under the age of 6 years. Both bedrooms are twin with en-suite walk in showers and fitted similar to the master en-suite. Bedside tables, large fitted wardrobes and dressing tables with mirrors. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
There is also a 4th separate guest bathroom with WC and sink.
A private car port is attached to the villa. 4 minute drive to town centre or 35-minute walk.

Local Area Information

Located on the North coast Corralejo is the largest and liveliest resort of Fuerteventura and really does offer everything you could need for a fantastic sunny holiday The original part of the town is based around the old harbour which was originally used by the local fishermen There is a small sheltered beach Playa la Clavellina which provides a safe place to swim and for the fishermen among you the harbour wall is a very popular fishing spot A short distance from the port is the Corralejo Marina where you can find the ferry services to Lanzarote and the small island of Lobos Lanzarote is only a fifteen minute journey from Fuerteventura Slightly south of the old port are more spacious beaches that have particularly good views of the Island of Lobos Corralejo is surrounded by miles of white sandy beaches and sand dunes that form a nature reserve The three beaches Playa del Pozo Playa del Medano and Playa de Viejo all run into each other to create a beautiful sandy shore sometimes known as Flag Beach These beaches are fabulous for surfing and windsurfing as they are more exposed to the wind For those that want to escape the wind and just enjoy the beautiful sunshine there are circular stone structures that provide a windbreak The central square provides a myriad of shops bars restaurants and fun at night with musicians performing at the pavement cafes while later on a selection of upbeat bars and nightclubs to entertain you deep into the night can be found in a dedicated commercial centre Corralejo caters for all ages and theres a wide variety of things to do from watersports tennis Glass bottom boat trips Ferry trips to Lanzarote Jeep Safaris Island tours Mountain biking Motorbike tours Quad Biking Paintball Sea Fishing Paragliding and much more The Baku Water Park provides hours of fun for the whole family There is a cinema tenpin bowling alleys and a market open Mondays and Fridays
