We have one three bedroom townhouse in Cults, Aberdeen (3 miles from the centre) which has it's own entrance through a seated courtyard (former Victorian School) which has a large dining kitchen (seating 6/8) with a dishwasher,fridge freezer,oven/hob, washing machine, microwave and toaster.
We have a large lounge with flat screen tv, freeview, cd/dvd player and hi fi. There is 3 sofas and a sideboard, large coffee table, and two side tables.
A cloakroom toilet completes the downstairs accommodation.
Upstairs there is a large master king bed, with large wardrobes/ chest of drawers and side tables and a chair.
The two twin rooms have longer than average beds of 200 cms/ wardrobes and chest of drawers.

There is a modern white bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

There is off street parking with access to the nearest bus stop being 200 yds.
The route which is every 15 mins takes you into Aberdeen City and westwards to Banchory and Royal Deeside.

The second three bedroom apartment is in Millside, Peterculter, just seven mies from the centre of Aberdeen.

It has a kitchen with breakfast bar and if fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher etc.
There is a large lounge /dining room with a six/eight seater dining table and a corner sofa/
coffee table, side tables and a tv with freeview/ cd/dvd/video player and hi fi.

There is a master king bed with dressing table, side tables, seat and wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

The two twin rooms have longer than average beds of 200cms and dressing tables and wardrobes.

The three two bedroom apartments are also at Millside and similar but with a super king master bed and one twin room.
