Our self catering apartments are about 200 meters from a a small sandy beach. They are near Sampieri (Ragusa), a fishing village with its old pier, which is still used by fishermen. The village offers restaurants, supermarkets, bars, pizza.
The apartments have a wide bedroom, where can sleep 4 persons. Alternatively someone can sleep in the living-room. The kitchenette is fully equiped. There are also studio arrangements, for 2 or 3 people.
At the basement you can yous a communal kitchen and dining-room, and also a laundry. The barbecue is outside.

With the convenient and appropriate equipment, we offer our guests the possibility of relaxing holidays in nature and only a stone's throw from the sea.

The garden:
The garden surrounding the house with Mediterranean plants (palm trees and carob trees) offers shady places on the magnificent sea views and the typical landscape of this region with its stone walls and its venerable old olive trees and carob trees.

The illuminated lawns of the garden is a gazebo, chairs and armchairs equipped, inviting you to stay outdoors.

All units have their own access to the garden.

Parking facilities for cars and boats are available.
