Apartment 3 is on the 2nd Floor. One can Sleep up to 3/4 persons.

Open plan fully equipped Kitchen/dining/living room with sofa (which can be open into a bed), with air condition and open balcony. It’s fully furnished with, micro wave, oven and hob, fridge and freezer, ecc. There is a Satellite T.V., Wireless internet and an Easy line card telephone

Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. Fans are available.

The Bathroom is with solar system for hot water and there is an automatic washing machine.

The Apartment is in Alfonsu Str road away from the police station area. Its
10 minutes walk to the front promenade for shopping, you can have nice walks, nice restaurants to eat and drink. Its 10 min walk to the sea, where you can have a swim. It’s a 10 min walk to the Independence Garden, where you can rest, read, and chat, and there are swings for children. Then its 30 minutes walk to Paceville St, Julian’s where Restaurants, Bars and Disco will stay open till early mornings.

Breakage Deposit of € 200 must be paid before entering the apartment. The breakage deposit will be given back before you leave the penthouse when returning the key and if damage had not been done to the penthouse and returning it clean as you find it.
