Constructed in 2008 and purchased from new by the owner initially as a holiday home but ultimately with the intention of retiring to Turkey.

The apartment is set in walled landscaped gardens and comes with comprehensive us of the swimming pool and children's pool. Extensive terraces are the ideal place to top up your tan, relax or just enjoy fun in the pool. If you wish you can relax in the shade of the covered balcony which offers shelter from the mid-day sun and overlooks the pool, allowing you to keep a watchful eye on the children playing below. One of only 12 apartments on this small complex so it never becomes crowded. In a quiet location yet ideally positioned for stroling to the nearby shops, bars and restaurants in Ovacik, whilst a more leisurely walk brings you into the bustling resort of Hisaronu in 10 mnutes.

Set back from the main road - Attaturk Caddesi by approximately 50 metres the apartment is well served by dolmus which links the area with the Blue Lagoon at Olu Deniz in approximately 10 minutes and Gemiler Beach a secluded gem. In the opposite direction the large market town of Fethiye links the mainland to the island of Rhodes by ferry in approximately 1 hour. Local travel agents offer an array of excursions - one excursion we would really reccomend is a trip to Ephasus one of the seven wonders of the world

On ground level entrance to the apartment is via a secure steel door. Immediately inside the apartment finds the cloakroom with w/c, washbasin and shaving point. There is a laundry area and fully equipped kitchen.

Also on this level can also be found the living room which has seating for 6 people and comes equipped with flat screen lcd TV/DVD with satellite lnk and an IPod docking system for playing your personnel selection of music. There is direct access onto the wrap round balcony which has mountain views and overlooks the swimming pool - the ideal place to dine alfresco.

Bars shops and restaurants within in walking distance The Waterpark and fairground can also be reached on foot There is a gokarting circuit for the dare devils in the family whlst the more daring holidaymaker can para glide off Babadag Mountain at the rear of the apartment attempting to land on the beach below at Olu Deniz Many excursions are on offerat local rravel agencies including one of the seven wonders of the world at Ephasus
