Accommodation in our guesthouse consists of 4 studios and a two bedrooms apartment.
Each studio has two beds, toilet with shower and fully equipped kitchenette.
Our apartment has 1 double room and 1 single room, toilet with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with leaving area. There is also one additional spare bed if needed.
All units are equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and wireless Internet connection.

Local Area Information

We are located in the centre of Split, 5 minutes walk from the Diocletian palace and the high street with its shops, bars, restaurants and clubs.
Buses, train and ferry facilities are 5 minutes walk and the nearest and most popular beach in town is 10 min walk only.
Split is 1700 years old city and today it is an outstanding centre of culture and art with its museums, galleries of national relevance, theatre and monumental sculptures from the Roman age.
From here you can reach beautiful Trogir and Omis (30 min by bus) and the Cetina river region with its mountains and lakes where outdoor activities like canoeing, rowing, horse-riding, mountain biking, trekking are available (20 minutes by car). Unspoiled beaches on Hvar, Brac and Vis islands are easily reachable by fast line ferries . A perfect destination for one day trip!
