Property Description

The Three Brothers Studios is a two storey property situated right in Lindos. It is approximately 100 meters from the main square of Lindos and overlooking the road that leads down to the main beach by car. There are two restaurants and two mini markets close by and within a five minute walk to the numerous bars, restaurants and nightclubs. It is also a handy five minute walk downhill to the main beach.

The studios face towards Lindos Bay and offer a panoramic view of Lindos Bay, the Aegean sea and surrounding country side. They are simply furnished and air conditioned. The second floor studios share a terrace while the ground floor studios share the courtyard. 

SECOND FLOOR

There are three 2-person studios on the second floor. One of the studios has a queen size bed with windows providing a panoramic view of Lindos Bay and Aegean sea, and en-suite washroom with a bathtub and shower over.
The other two studios on the second floor are rather similar, except one has a washroom with shower while the other has a washroom with bathtub and shower over. Both studios have twin beds and offer a window panoramic view of Lindos Bay and Aegean sea.

GROUND FLOOR (COURTYARD)

Studios on the ground floor are in essence in the courtyard. There are three
2-person studios with twin beds, two 4-person studios with twin beds and one 3-person studio with twin beds. One of the 4-person studios and the 3-person studio offers a washroom with a bathtub and shower over while all the
other studios have washrooms with shower.

KITCHEN FACILITIES

All studios have a Kitchenette with a mini Fridge, a two Ring Electric Stove, Cooking Utensils, Cutlery, Electric Kettle and Toaster.

MAID SERVICE

Maid service is daily, except Sundays. Linen and Towels are changed every three days. Each person receives a Bath towel and a Face Towel.

PARKING FACILITIES

There is free parking facilities 150 meters from the Three Brothers Studios. Municipal metered parking is available across the road.

FIRE SAFETY

Every studio has a small Fire Extinguisher and a smoke Alarm Unit. There are
two large Fire Extinguishers in the hall of the second floor and two more in the courtyard.
