" Semi detached house surrounded on three sides by a large garden.The house is set in a village of about 100 houses.There is a guardian in the village. It is the ideal place for families as well as for people who want to relax. The house can comfortably accommodate a family of six or two couples with two children. The area around is very green. The wonderful sandy beach of Geremeas can be reached in three minutes on foot through a path shadowed by trees which runs along the river which in Winter and Spring flows out into the sea. It is very easy to get to the beach even for pushchairs. The house has been recently restored and tastefully decorated (at least ...I hope so). Two bikes are at our renters disposal for all the lenght of the stay. All charges are included apart from electricity which is paid according to consunption. In the garden there is a barbecue and in the rear garden there is another shower with hot and cold water, a washtub and a washing machine. There is enough room for two cars in the rear garden. The vicinity to the beach allows complete independence, so that everybody can come and go as they please. "
