There is a daily indoor market selling fresh produce. Get there early for the best fish, shellfish, meat, fruit and vegetables. Fresh bread is available from the local bakeries and is sold in all the food shops. Wine is cheap and of good quality. Local olives are big and juicy. On Wednesday, there is a street market in the village near the river.
