Trabuco Heights apartment is in the older "barrio" of Villanueva del Trabuco, and forms the upper floor of a traditional village house with its own access. It offers modern, comfortable 2 bedroomed accommodation. Set on the edge of the pine forest it has panoramic views over the village to the olive groves and mountains. There is a private garden at the rear with a barbaecue patio. The village bars & restaurants are 3 minutes walk.
You may just want to take it easy and live the Spanish life for a week or two. You can buy everything you need in the local shops and there are plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a daily indoor market selling fresh produce. Get there early for the best fish, shellfish, meat, fruit and vegetables. Fresh bread is available from the local bakeries and is sold in all the food shops. Wine is cheap and of good quality. Local olives are big and juicy. On Wednesday, there is a street market in the village near the river.
