The apartment is situated on the Col de Peyresourde famous climb of the Tour de France and between two ski resorts Superbagneres in Luchon and Peyregudes As you walk out of the apartment you are immediately on excellent walking hiking cycling and mountain biking routes and only a short drive to the walk to Lac dOo a massive favourite with tourists in this area Only 5km to Luchon known as the Queen of the Pyrenees with lots of bars cafes restaurants shops and activities for young and old alike with its own cinema and casino If you prefer history to outdoor activities there are places to visit in the surrounding area including St Bertrand de Comminges St Beat with its marble historic roman sites and chateau and churches
