It has an airy, open plan kitchen, living room and dining area, two bedrooms with super king size beds, one of which can be converted to a twin if preferred, and two bathrooms. A generously proportioned balcony allows you to sit out and savour the view down river, over the ancient Stramongate Bridge and towards Kendal Castle.

Rentals run Friday to Friday during the season. Out of season, changeover days may be Mondays or Fridays allowing guests to enjoy short breaks (from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday) at 60% of the weekly rate. Christmas and New Year dates may vary each year, depending on when they fall.
