| Rates vary depending on the number of guests, length of your stay, and the time of year. $300 US deposit and balance 90- and 60-days prior to arrival. You can either send us a personal check (made payable to CASA PAROTA) or forward a money order, wire transfer or cashier’s check in US funds. Cancellation Policy: Through your arrival date we will refund 50% of your deposited funds unless we can rent out the house for the same time period. Refundable Security/Telephone Deposit: Please understand that it may take as long as 2-3 months in order to refund your security/telephone deposit as we have to wait for the long distance phone bill. Our property managerwill fax us the phone bill upon receipt. We will make every effort to be timely and prompt.
