Our beautiful house is nestled in a secluded, natural sun trap located between peaceful medieval villages Montefino and Apegniano, half way between the Adriatic and the Gran Sasso range of the Apennines. House ideally located to explore Abruzzo?s beaches and the highest mountain range south of the Apennines. The house is very beautiful and having been restored to create a luxurious home from home in a tranquil and relaxing setting far from the city crowds. All content in the house brand new! Designed for all year round living with outside space, dining and seating areas or inside dining by an open fire. Nearby farms and villages provide a wide variety of restaurants and shops offering the very best of local produce including fresh pasta, highly rated wines, olive oil and hand made cheeses.

Bathroom: Family bathroom with powerful shower, bidet and wc.


Kitchen / Dining/ Living Room: Open plan, with fireplace, main entrance leading to the terrace overlooking mountains. The dining area has a large dining table for 8/8, open fire. There is a TV and Radio/CD player , double sofa bed for extra accommodation.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided. Towels and linen are changed weekly.

Notes on accommodation
House can accommodated six people, there is a possibility to accommodated eight people. House is fully heated by gas boiler and has two open fires.

The house is ideal for families.
