THERE ARE THREE DIFFERENT PLANS: DEPENDS ON THE LENGTH OF RENTAL

Option 1 - HOLIDAY , Short term Villa rental: the entire house (can accommodate up to 8-9 people):
for periods of 10 days to 3 weeks – Cotter House has heavily reduced our self contained/serviced daily rate charge from $4900 per day all taxes included - to a special rate for min 10 days to 3 weeks or 1 month stay = can offer a WEEKLY RATE of $6000, Gst incl.

* We will continue paying the following: Power, Gas, heating, telephones and Cable TV services
* We cover water, rates, Insurances. Includes serviced office with computers, copier, printer, scanner and fax machine
* Servicing: part-time staff:
housekeeping staff - 2 days a week
gardening and pool staff – 1 day a week.
Chef additional, on request.

Option 2 - HOLIDAY- Mid-term Villa rental: the entire house (can accommodate up to 8-9 people):

for periods of 1 month to 3 months –Cotter House offers a WEEKLY RATE of $3800, Gst incl.

* We transfer in your name the following services: : telephones, Cable TV services
* We cover all rates and Insurances . Includes Power, Gas, heating, and water office with computers, copier, printer, scanner and fax machine
* Not included: Servicing and staff. Tenant cost = We can organise one trained part-time staff for housekeeping and recommend a gardener for gardening maintenance. .

Option 3 - LONGER term Villa rental: the entire house (can accommodate up to 8-9 people):

for periods of 3 months to 6 months, or can be extended to 9- 12 months – Cotter House offers a WEEKLY RATE of $2500, Gst incl.

* We transfer in your name the following services: : Power, Gas, heating, telephones, Cable TV services and water
* We cover all rates and Insurances . Includes serviced office with computers, copier, printer, scanner and fax machine
* Not included: Servicing and staff. Tenant cost = We can organise part-time staff for housekeeping and gardening maintenance. .

Subject to availability Cotter House offers during the High season (Oct-April) Standard Retreat B&B or Deluxe Retreat Dinner B&B basis (for 6-7 people). Guests experience that perfect little je ne sais quoi, that embodies the hospitality and luxury of Cotter House, with two lounges at their disposal to relax by the fire and enjoy pre-dinner nibbles, and four richly appointed high-tech guestrooms.

In a rare and beautiful heritage setting, guests are offered all modern conveniences. All rooms offer wireless broadband internet, dedicated laptop computers, Satellite a TV (access to interactive and in-room movies,) , direct dial phones, CD and DVD players, private safe, marble bathrooms, fireplaces, tea/coffee and ironing facilities.

Individual comfort is also enhanced with feather pillows and duvets, pure monogrammed cotton bathrobes, luxury Egyptian cotton towels, and quality toiletries.

On a B&B, or Dinner B&B basis, Guests may wish to take advantage of our health spa facilities including in-room massages and scheduled Yoga, classes. Under the Holiday villa rental plan, enjoy a heated swimming pool, courtyard deck and access to an exercise pavilion
