Villa in Mediterranean, TurkeyProperty DescriptionSituated in the quiet Komurluk area of Kalkan, this stunning villa with pool is different from most. It is surrounded by lush, mature gardens with pear and other fruit trees to give privacy and a sense of peace and tranquillity. With original wooden floors, grape covered terraces providing shade, hammock and comfy chairs, the villa is just perfect if you are looking for a property with charm and a rustic feel to it. A separate 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for friends or older children. The apartment has sea views, lush gardens, it's own small terrace and steps up to the pool.Accessibility This is not a modern property therefore it incorporates some lovely more traditional features such as stone steps and nooks and crannies. We therefore feel the property probably isn't suitable for young children under about 5 years old. Outside The pool is private for both the villa and apartment and can be accessed from separate entrances. Lovely lush gardens provide privacy with some wonderful features such as a hammock on the terrace outside the main villa entrance. The apartment has its own patio area and steps up to the pool. Access to the pool from the main villa is from a separate entrance. Coast/Beach Palm Beach, Beach Club is within walking distance. Further details All guests benefit from a locally based representative, fluent in English, Turkish and German. Guests also benefit from a mobile phone to make local calls on, just perfect for shopping deliveries, taxis, and take aways.
