Villa Gatti is a wonderful panoramic villa in Sorrento available for rent for short periods (from 1 week to 2 months).
The building is articulated on 2 floors and has 1000 square meters of exteriors in between garden, terraces (on both floors), 2 independent entrances, patios and garage (accommodating 2 cars).
The property has a spectacular position overlooking the bay of Naples among the colours and calming nature of its surrounding Mediterranean gardens. In a residential neighbourhood of Sorrento just 1.2 km away from the centre, you will enjoy magnificent views of the commanding figure of Mt. Vesuvius, Naples and the Islands of Ischia and Procida.
Villa Gatti can accommodate a maximum of 11 people. There are 3 principal bedrooms with king size bed (one of these with a 3rd bed in the room) and 2 comfortable and new sofa-bed (queen size). 4 bathrooms (2 with Jacuzzi bathtub), 3 living rooms, a big kitchen, entrance room, stair and staircase, for a total of 200 mq of interiors. The exteriors are just magnificent with the most beautiful view of the bay and furnished with all facilities (sitting corners, sun beds, armchair, barbecue corners and 3 different places where you can sit down and have dinner with your family en plein air or under a panoramic patio!). The sunset is just unforgettable seen from the main terrace! There are terraces on every floor and all the rooms are panoramic.
In the garden there are many trees and beautiful plants, many olives, lemon trees, agaves, mandarin trees, aromatic herbs and a real vegetables garden that you can use to cook your Italian recipe!! There are no other building just in front or in the side.
Even if completely refurbished in 2008 the Villa holds a Mediterranean style with ancient luxurious furniture and ceramic floors in a light classic style. .
Paints and artistic dishes at the walls, ornaments, white tends, and all the other details complete the atmosphere of a warm and exclusive residence.

A peculiarity of Villa Gatti is that the structure is composed by 3 apartments (bilo) plus some common areas as the big kitchen, the entrance room and the garden. It means that, comparing to the other Villas, renting this property you can stay together with your family and friends, but you can also have your own privacy when you want using the separated facilities of every single apartment (perfect in case of 3 couple renting the Villa or 2 families)! For example you will have a total of 4 refrigerator at your disposal that you can use as minibar and the facilities in every single living room to prepare a breakfast. The heating/ air conditioning has got individual controls in every room so everybody can choose the temperature they prefer.

Villa Gatti is located on a little hill (from main street in Sorrento Corso Italia 600m of uphill street to reach the building). The position is very quite and panoramic. The nearest shopping centre is Sant’Agnello square at 800 m. Sorrento main Square is 1.8 km far.
