Located in the tranquil village of Bratton Fleming in North Devon is the stunning Prospect House.

This luxury holiday home is both pet and child friendly and offers something special for every member of the family.

Recently refurbished to a very high standard, the house and its tastefully decorated rooms would not look out of place in Country Living magazine.

Split over three floors, the rooms at Prospect House are elegantly and comfortably furnished to help families create memories that last a lifetime.

On the ground floor are three large, bright and airy living rooms. At the front of the house is the beautiful adult friendly lounge with wood floors and sash windows, it is here you can curl up and relax with a glass of wine after a day exploring the area. Next door is the children's favourite game's lounge featuring so much more than the traditional board games and jigsaws, this room has something for everyone including PlayStation, Wii, table football and large toy chest. At the rear of Prospect House is the final living room with dining area. This charming room with wood beams and French doors leading out on to the patio is the ideal place to keep an eye on the children or dogs as they play in the garden.

Prospect House has a kitchen all chefs will envy. Equipped to a high standard, there is everything you will need for creating the simplest family meal to a five course banquet. Fitted in this stunning kitchen is a large dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, electric oven, gas hob, Aga and coffee maker. There is also a large selection of crockery and cutlery. Prospect House also benefits from a handy utility room featuring washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, and a downstairs shower room.

On the first floor are the three gorgeous double bedrooms. The Master Bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room has lovely views of the garden. The second double with wrought iron bed frame over looks the village, whilst the third double has far stretching views over the Devon countryside and Taw Estuary. There is also a spacious family bathroom located on the first floor and features a beautiful roll top bath and power shower.

Children will adore the two bedrooms on the top floor. Neatly fitted under the eaves of the house is a twin bedroom with two full size single beds and a double with futon bed. An additional single bed can also be added to the double bedroom if required.

To the rear of Prospect House is a lovely good sized garden, which is mainly laid to lawn. Enclosed via a high hedge it is both pet and child friendly. There is also a paved patio area, perfect for alfresco dinners and summer BBQ and a wooden climbing frame with swing and slide.

Bratton Fleming is a lovely quiet North Devon village with its own shop pub and sports ground There are also several excellent footpaths in the area Other popular towns and villages including Barnstaple Ilfracombe and Lynton and Lynmouth are all worth a visit and only a short drive from Prospect House For a day at the beach head to Woolacombe Croyde or Saunton These blue flag beaches have miles of golden sands and are perfect for sun bathing building sand castles or water sports such as surfing Exmoor is also only a few miles from the cottage and has various activities available as a way to capture this beautiful landscape including cycling horseriding and walking
