The property has two double bedroomd, each with an additional single bed and a bunk-bedded room that is suitable for both adults and children. It has a spacious country-style kitchen/diner and a dual aspect living room, along with a bathroom with shower/bath. There is a separate additional toilet.

It is set in two acres of grounds, with an enclosed paddock where children can play and guests can use the hot tub situated on decking in the garden with beautiful views over tjhe Loxton Valley.

A BBQ is available for guests use.

There is plenty of onsite parking
