There is airconditioning in both bedrooms and the living area.
There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another huge twin bedded room which can easliy accommodate an additional 2 folding beds (supplied) to house a larger family. Alternatively there is a sofa bed in the lounge which can be used to sleep an additional 2 people if wanted.
The kitchen is modern and fully fitted.

Local Area Information

Praia da Luz is at the quieter Western end of the Algarve coast and is an ideal family holiday resort. It has a lovely long sandy beach backed by spectacular cliffs at one end and then flattening out to a pretty cobbled promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. Vila Margarida is within easy walking distance (8 mins) of the beach and all facilities and car hire is not essential although this opens the possibility of easy trips out to the spectacular west coast beaches, Sagres and Cape St Vincent, water parks (all approx 30 mins), zoomarine (40 mins), etc.
There are numerous excellent golf courses within a 30 min drive such as Penina, Palmares, Parque de Floresta. The closeset, Boa Vista is only a 5 min drive..
