Deluxe accommodations in a private, wooded location, where you can fish, hike, kayak or canoe, take wildlife and glacier cruises, bike, and birding.

Take daytrips to Kenai, Homer, Seward, Ninilchik, Anchor Point; we can arrange wildlife/glacier cruises and river raft float trips or flight seeing as well as fishing guides and golf tee times.


We are located in the Heart of the Kenai Peninsula...making it a good base from which to enjoy the entire area.....no need to pack and repack, simply take day trips from Soldotna and enjoy all the Peninsula has to offer.
Casperhouse Bed & Breakfast offers guests 2 private bedrooms with an relaxing view from every room. A full bath is shared by the two bedrooms (full robes and slippers are available for guest use). Both rooms have queen-sized beds. We have a woodburning stove in the main living area as well as a VCR...a common area for socializing or relaxing. There is a barbeque available upon request
The entire home is newly redecorated, new beds and furniture. Cable TV, ample off-street parking.


Close to everything you need...
Golf courses nearby (2 sets of new clubs are available for guests use) as well as hiking trails. There is ice fishing and cross-country skiing during the winter and of course the breathtaking Northern Lights.
Come fish for halibut, trophy king salmon, reds, silvers, as well as steelhead and rainbow trout and clam digging!

We can help with fishing plans (fishing equipment is provided for guest use at no cost) or make you a tee time.....



We have a new 1,100 sq ft deck which our guests may use. Almost daily we have visiting moose outside this new deck. We also have neighbors, but you can't see them.

All brass beds are new and comfy. Each room has double closets, robes and slippers to snuggle into on cool nights. original art, paperbacks, games etc. in the loft sitting area. Several famous country western singers have stayed in this home.

Amenities include everything you might find in your own home. We have everything you would find in your own bathroom...to help you lighten your packing needs. You won't find a better B&B at this price in Alaska...come on up!

A gourmet or continental breakfast is included in room rate. Time breakfast is served: As requested/after 6:30 AM.
Included in room rate: cookies, muffins, welcome drink, welcome appetizer's. Afternoon tea, fruit, non-alcoholic beverages and wine/cheese.
Special meals available: kids favorites, gourmet, low fat, restricted and vegetarian. Our signature dish is a Breakfast Burrito (rated burrito of the month on www.Bestburrito.com in July, 04) and Eggs Benedict for the non-spicy lover. We also offer Belgian Waffles with fruit and whipped cream, steak and eggs, hot and cold cereals and a yummy stuffed French Toast. Our Omlettes are light and fluffy, filled with your favorite goodies topped with homemade salsa or Hollandaise Sauce. You will never leave hungry, enough to keep you going until dinner.
