Property Description
The OCEANFRONT APARTMENT is located in the PATS AT PUNALUU CONDO on the east coast of OAHU, right on a beautiufl beach. The apartment is fully furnished with a double bed in the sleeping area and a queen size futon/couch in the living area. There is a full kitchen, with range/oven, micro,refreigerator, dishes, pots/pans. Plus all linens. A washer/dryer are in the apartment. Apartment has a lanai looking out over the Pacific Ocean. On the grounds of the condo is a fresh water pool and BBQ grills. Parking is provided. Most owners of the apartments live here year round. A couple of us rent out when we are not using the apartment. We use our apartment as our get away from the PAPAYA PARADISE bed and breakfast in Kailua (just 22 miles south). See photos and additional information at http://kailuaoahuhawaii.com
Local Area InformationThe Polynesian Cultural Center is just 5 miles north of the OCEANFRONT APARTMENT. The North Shore, where the big wave action is in the winter is just a 10-15 minute drive. Golf, snorkeling, surfing and all water sports are nearby. The Honolulu airport/Waikiki is just a 60-75 minute drive away.
