The house is set back from the road in a mainly lawned garden of approximately one fifth of an acre, which provides plenty of parking.


There are 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles, and 1 twin. The house will accommodate up to 8 people including the use of the 2 sofa beds in the lounge. Blankets and bed linen, some hand towels and drying up cloths are provided.

Facilities comprise a fully tiled bathroom with w.c. and electric shower, separate w.c. with hand basin and large shower room.




The lounge has a colour television with satellite receiver, CD micro stereo, two comfortable sofas that convert into beds (metal action), an easy chair, other furniture and books and games for both children and adults.



The kitchen/dining room is well equipped and has a gas cooker, microwave, 2 fridges and a dishwasher.

An automatic washing machine is situated in the garage.



Smoke alarms are fitted. All heat, light and water charges are included in the rent, except for long winter lets.
The house has garden furniture and a barbecue. There are a number of fruit trees and a vine in the garden. If the fruit is in season, take what you need. The neighbours are very friendly though their English is limited.

A maid service is available at a small extra cost but we work on the basis that when you leave, you need to make sure that the house is clean and tidy, ready for the next visitors.
