Situated in the exclusive new gated community Highgrove, it is within easy reach of all the main attractions (Disney just 10 mins drive) providing an ideal base for families and individuals who wish to visit Floridas famous theme parks, shopping malls and restaurants, or for those who simply wish to relax by the pool.

Our villa has been furnished to the highest standards and comes equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The villa will sleep up to 8 people and is fully air conditioned.

For your safety and peace of mind, a monitored alarm system has been installed, there is also a small safe provided free of charge for personal items of value and money.

There are 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, with one ensuite doubling as a pool bathroom. Both have individual access to the pool/spa area, ideal for that early morning swim. Both masters have king size beds and satellite TV. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a third bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a flat screen TV, a playstation 2 console and a selection of games.

All linen and towels, including pool towels are provided with maid service between lets. For your convenience there is a hairdryer in each bathroom and a stroller, cot and highchair for those travelling with children.

The family room is spacious and tastefully furnished, it includes satellite TV, DVD, VCR, radio/cd player and sofa that can convert to a queen sofa bed. There is also a selection of books and board games. A telephone is provided with free local calls. Alarmed patio doors lead on to the screened pool/spa and deck area which is south facing for maximum sunshine, there is optional heating for a small extra charge (recommended Nov - March). There is a covered lanai for when the sun gets too hot. Padded poolside furniture includes chairs, table and sun loungers.

The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with a breakfast table and chairs and two bar stools at the breakfast bar. Ameneities include a large american style fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, laundry facilities and a vast selection of tableware, crockery and cookware.

The large double garage has been converted to a games room with a full size slate bed pool table, foosball and magnetic darts for when you need a break from the theme parks.
