All rooms have en-suite facilities, tea/coffee, T.V., and direct-dial telephone. With hair-dryers & irons available, also internet access & fax.

We serve full cooked breakfast in our Conservatory over looking the garden, (where 34 species of bird have been spotted). This is between 07.00 - 08:50 Mon-Fri and 07:30 - 08:50 weekends & bank holidays. Continental breakfast with a large selection of fruit, cereals, bread and pastries all available before 07.00 until 10.00m. Free access to the local swimming pool, gym & sauna etc.

We have a free courtesy bus that operates between 09:00 - 23:00 every 30minutes, from our free phone pick-up point at Gatwick to Gainsborough Lodge (an 8 minute journey).

Long-term garage parking. £3 per night for residents & £25 per week from Nov - April and £35 per week from May - Oct.
