This Charente-Maritime holiday rental apartment is ideal for couples and small families and sleeps up to 5. It is available all year round. There are lots of sandy beaches to choose from, the closest is literally less than 100m from the apartment (only available at low tide). It is ideally situated for fishing or golfing holidays and for exploring the many tourist attractions in Charente-Maritime. Situated ½ mile from Plage de la Grande Côte with its pine forests and sand dunes. Accommodation comprises a lobby with two bunk beds, a double bedroom, bathroom, separate wc, lounge/diner (with sofa-bed), kitchenette and large (17 sq.m.) sunny SW facing terrace. Reserved parking to the rear. Opposite is the coastal path and a popular fishing stretch (deep sea trips can be organised at the hotel next door). | There is a discount for more than two weeks (up to £25 per extra week, depending on the time of year). The weeks always run Saturday to Saturday (4pm start and 10am end). The price includes consumable services (water & electricity) at a nominal rate of €30per week. The agent reads the meters but the charge is not refundable if consumption is low. If consumption is excessive then extra may be deducted from the deposit but this has never happened yet and is there to guard against wanton use of facilities. There is also a telephone for incoming calls; outgoing calls can be made using a phonecard (eg BT) though local calls can be made free of charge (eg for booking restaurants, checking local events, shop opening times, etc.). ** New 2005 - Prices include Final Clean!**
