Bini Cel is a superb villa, is set back from the Binibeca sea front road in a slightly elevated, open position commanding excellent sea views. Completed in 1998, Bini Cel has been built to a very high standard with much care and thought put into its design with good quality furnishings and fittings used throughout, together with air-conditioning. The wide sun terraces that surround the pool catch the sun all day long while the shaded dining terrace, directly overlooking the pool, has partial sea views. Please note: a new villa has been built at a lower level in front of the Bini Cel.

Local Area Information

An immaculate and appealing holiday resort, Binibeca is characterised by the warm colours of pantiled rooftops on the many private villas here which gleam against the backdrop of the Mediterranean. The area of Binibeca, situated on the south east coast, caters for all tastes and age groups, especially those looking for a villa holiday by their own poolside. The resort of Binbeca is just a short transfer journey through countryside from the airport and is famous for its holiday `fishing village' at Binibeca Vell, a prize winning development by a Catalan architect. Here the streets meander through small squares and high whitewashed stone walling. There are a number of small bars and restaurants and a lively square. The main Binibeca beach lies one kilometre to the east of Binibeca Vell between low headlands ringed by pinewoods. The beach is of soft white sand and, being gently shelving, is ideal for children. A busy cafe stands on one headland and pedaloes, which are very popular in the safe waters of the bay, can be hired from here. Snorkelling is a popular pastime as the water is crystal clear and the coastline has many rocky inlets and pools to explore. Further beaches are to be found on both sides of the resort.
