View the property on httpwwwstayindependentlycomscbleantis Courtyard cottage attached to owners residence in tranquil mountain area First we need to say that smoking is not permitted in the cottage High quality bed linen and towels for your personal use and for the kitchen are provided free of charge Though we would ask you to supply your own beach towels please We also make no charge for heating or electricity The cottage has matching closecarpeting in the living room bedroom and entrance hall high quality cushion flooring in the kitchen and bathroom areas and has been tastefully furnished and decorated throughout Modern gasfired central heating is installed throughout the cottage and you can set this to your required temperature by using the thermostats on each radiator The bedroom has twin beds an ensuite showerroom shower toilet and washbasin bedside cabinet bedside lamp clock radio chest of drawers and a chair The living room has two easy chairs and a sofa that can convert to a double bed a good one if required Additionally there is a colour television video occasional table and a bookcase full of books jigsaw puzzles and general information brochures The kitchen has highquality fittings and furnishings These include A fridge with large freezer compartment a 4 ring electric hob a combimicrowave which functions as a microwave or a conventional oven or a grill a toaster and electric kettle etc All the cooking utensils you will need are provided and we have also provided more than the normal one per person ratio of crockery cutlery and glassware isnt it irritating when theres only one of everything all that fiddly washing up Besides an iron ironing board clothes line and pegs we will also provide consumables such as washing liquids and soaps cleaning materials and toilet rolls The entrance hall has a large fitted wardrobe And last but perhaps the most important point on your arrival you will find everything to be spotlessly clean View the property on httpwwwstayindependentlycomscbleantis

View the property on httpwwwstayindependentlycomscbleantis Bleantis Mountain Cottage is located on a small bohereen or lane which leads directly onto Bleantasour Mountain part of the Monavullagh range just 1 km away On Bleantasour mountain are panoramic views of the Knockmealdown mountains to the west the Galtee mountains to the north and the Comeragh mountains to the east From here you can either roam across the Monavullagh mountains themselves or trek across the tops to the famous Nire Valley or onto the craggy Comeragh mountain range This particular area of County Waterford is called the Deise or Decies but both are pronounced Dayshur Its inhabitants are particularly warm generous tolerant and laid back and the local harbour town of Dungarvan has a very relaxed and happy atmosphere where complete strangers will greet you on the street Additionally the Ring peninsula on Dungarvan bay is one of the 6 Gaeltacht locations in Ireland where Irish is spoken as the first language So it is quite common to hear Irish being spoken in and around Dungarvan So all in all we reckon that youve stumbled on one of the best kept secrets of Ireland the Deise with its stunning coastline and beaches and we havent even mentioned them yet mountains rivers valleys loughs music and song The only thing it lacks is hordes of visitors because they dont know its here We hope that you will come and stay in our little cottage and that the Deise fulfils all your expectations View the property on httpwwwstayindependentlycomscbleantis
