Property Description
This lovely new property (completed in July 2005) offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people. The master suite has a king size bed, with a queen in bedroom 2 and 2 twin beds in bedroom 3.
The very well equipped kitchen has a nook area and there is also a dining area and living area.
Outside, there is a spacious pool and a removable baby barrier. The pool has electric pool heat and looks out over an inland waterway with a nearby golf kart bridge which adds an additional attractive feature.
Local Area InformationThere are good beaches 10-15 minutes easy drive to the west and also 15 minutes to the south on Gasparilla island.
6 golf courses are available within Rotonda itself with over 20 others within a 15 mile radius.
The area has both the sea and the intercoastal waterway with easy access so for boaters and fishermen, it is a paradise. Good beaches for shelling including beaches where you can fine small fossilised sharks teeth.
Each house contains an in-house guide with suggestions for good restaurants, activities, shopping, etc.
