The apartment is ideally located on an attractive street off Las Ramblas opposite Sta Monica Church. Next to Columbus Sq. & the Gothic Quarter: ports and shoreline are all within easy walking distance. The Liceo (Opera House) and metro are situated just a few metres away, giving direct access to all parts of the city.
The apartment is bright and comfortable with air conditioning throughout and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a large Solarium on the terrace above. The master bedroom and living room both have small balconies and there is a sunny roof terrace overlooking the city and see. The flat is on the top floor (3rd floor)n with lift.
There is an abundance of atmospheric bars and cafes in the local streets, also several convenient supermarkets and grocery stores as well as la boqueria market within very easy reach.
