Luxury apartment in a quiet, sought-after area of central Torremolinos near shops, restaurants, markets, gardens, childrens’ playground, swimming pool and tennis courts. The apartment is south facing and enjoys the sun from morning till dusk. There is a free pubic car park very near the apartment, which is a 10 minute walk from the beach and also 10 minutes from Torremolinos’ large Olympic swimming pool, 100m from the nearest bus stop and 200m from the tube station. Malaga international airport is only 4 kms away but is not in a flight path! A car is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance.

The apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift. It is suitable for couples and families and is wheelchair accessible. All linen and bath towels are provided, except for beach towels. The kitchen is fully fitted with grill, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, iron, and a shopping trolley! The living room has a dining area with seating for 6 people, sofa, extending arm chair, music centre, 30� TV and video player. The shower room also has a bidet. The double bedroom has a 14� TV. There is an enclosed balcony with table and chairs, sunshade and plants, plus a separate terrace room with music centre and rocking chair, which can serve as a second bedroom with a folding double bed available. There are radiators and large fans to heat and cool the apartment when necessary.

Andalucia has something for everyone: the holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Marbella and Fuengirola) and the miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a rocky coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada and Gibraltar is just over an hour’s drive away. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europe's southernmost skiing resort) and marshlands crowded with flamingos.
