Property Description

We have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms(one ensuite), separate kitchen, dining room & sitting room. Lovely back garden and patio for barbeques and entertaining. Everything provided except food, beach towels & clothes!
The kitchen is well equipped - with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, large oven, toaster, etc.
Very comfortable home - excellent holiday destination.
We do have a television, but no satellite channels or video. This is a place for discussions, long dinners and conversing with nature.

About GolfingThere are 8 supberb golf courses in the region. Maximum travelling time being an hour, minimum 20mins. About FishingThis area having plenty of rivers, of course has plenty of fishing.About Airport InformationNearest major Airport is Nantes, however, there are aslo Airports at Angers/Mace, Tours and Rennes. There is a direct rail link from Paris to Angers, which in turn is about 20mins away from us by car. About Tourist BoardThere are tourist offices in Angers, Le Lion d'Anger, Segre and Cande.About FerriesThe nearest ferry port is St. Malo (2hrs), then Caen (3hrs), Cherbourg (4hrs) La Harve (4hrs), Dieppe (4-5hrs) and Calais allow at least 6 hrs.

The house is 2 minutes walk from wonderful beaches, where whales are seen from June until Dec every year. Stunning mountain walks also just 2 minutes walk.
Lagoon, river, cliff paths, beaches(long ones, short rocky ones, deep ones - everyone has something!), surfing, long beach walks, interesting shops in village 5km away, golf course, excellent wine farms (Hamilton Russell, Bouchard Finlayson, see www.wine.co.za for more detail)
Hermanus is 120km from Cape Town and airport - only 1.5 hours drive.
