All apartments have central heating, full equipped kitchens, ceiling-fans, roomsafes, stereo & Sat-TV. Iron & ironing-board, cot and highchairs available.

Parking place for car and bicycles is available for free inside our house.
There is also a washing-machine available for free.

Local Area Information

Our house is situated in really good location, where you have public tranports and shopping within a real "1 minute walk". A bakery, a bank, two supermarkets, pharmacy and diverse restaurants, "Heurige" & Cafes.

Underground U6 and S-trains S1, S2, S3, S7 & S15 can conveniently be reached in exact 3 minutes by bus. Two busstops and a taxiplace just 1/2 minute walk.

All Viennese sights can be reached very easy!
