The apartments are in a very lively neighborhood. Within a few minutes are most popular tourist sites, the Louvre, Palais Royale, Centre Pompideau, Les Halles, Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame, the Seine, etc. A metro line is 40 yards away as is the bus line. Two blocks away it the metro/RER station Chatelet-Les Halles which connects to all train stations and airports. Three blocks away is the best food shopping street in Paris, rue Montorgeuil.
