We are less than 1 hour from Halifax and centered perfectly for wonderful day trips. Lunenburg is a UNESCO designated site and offers Horse and Carriage town tours, harbour tours,(some which include lopbster dinner, and we can tell you which ones!) Or try you swing at the Lunenburg Golf Course across the harbour. There is a public pool if you or the kids get over heated...or a quick drive to the beach, less than 10 minutes will surely do the trick
