The square contains many bars and restaurants,supermarket, bank and shops etc. It is approximately 1 mile from the beach, the apartment is well furnished and has ceiling fans in all rooms.

Villamartin is ideally situated, enjoying excellent road communications with the adjoining area, only 40 minutes from Alicante airport on the new motorway. It is within easy distance of some of the finest beaches on the Mediterranean, with an average of 350 days sunshine a year to enjoy . Not only that, but the nearby town of Torrevieja offers terrific amenities in the way of bars, clubs, restaurants and entertainment. Also just an hours drive and you’re up in the mountains.

We also have no set times to arrive or vacate the apartments when it is empty or if nobody is due to arrive,and we do our best to work around your flights as we know how bad it is to fly in the evening and have to vacate at 10am. (This is always dependent on the people who are in the apartment before and after you)
