Our villa comprises of 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and has a south facing heated pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has everything that you require including a range, fridge/freezer right down to cutlery, crockery etc.
The Living room is light and airy and is decorated in a typical Floridian style, there is a 2 seater and a 3 seater sofa which converts into a Queen sized pull out sofa bed which enables another two guests to sleep comfortably. There is an entertainment unit which consits of Tv,Vcr, Playstation and games and a Hi Fi. The living room leads out to the South facing pool.
The dining room has a large dining table which comfortably seats 6 there is additional seating in the kitchen for 4 and also 2 can be seated at the breakfast bar.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms (Queen, King, Twin) all of which have ample storage, they all also have Cable tv/vcr combo for your convenience. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which also leads out to the Pool area making this an ideal pool bathroom in the day. The villa also has a second family bathroom which the other bedrooms share.
There are full laundry facilities available in our villa with a good sized washing machine and dryer. There is also a double garage available.
Outside you can find the South facing private heated pool, a great place to relax and have some fun after a long day at the theme parks, you can sunbathe, or have a bbq and eat outside under the covered lanai area.

Our villa is located at Esprit. It is situated at the junction of the Us 27 and Us 192. We are situated on the prestigious 9 hole golf course of Polo Park and are within 20 minutes of some of the best golf course Orlando can offer. There is also a 400 acre Lake Davenport, where you can fish or boat. On site facilites at Esprit consist of a communal pool, tennis and basketball, with cabana.
we are located close to Hwy 192 where you can find restaurants and bars and the famous International drive is within 15 minutes Drive from Our villa. THE MOST IMPORTATNT PART OF OUR VILLA IS THAT DISNEY WITH ALL ITS ATTRACTIONS IS ONLY 10 MINUTES DRIVE FROM OUR VILLA. OTHER ATTRACTIONS SUCH AS BUSCH GARDENS AND THE BEACHES ARE 1 HOURS DRIVE AWAY AND SEAWORLD AND UNIVERSAL ARE APPROX 15 MINUTES DRIVE.
