Staying in a self-catering cottage or accommodations may seem like roughing it to some people.  Just the idea of cooking during a vacation will make some people’s skin crawl.  But for the real “rough” self-catering experience you have to take to the wilderness.  You can’t get anymore self-catering than camping.

The winter winds are finally starting to taper off.  The sun is shining again and the whole world seems to be waking up.  That can only mean one thing – it’s time to start the grill.  BBQ season is gearing up and before you can get that fire toasty hot it will be in full swing.
